Yes. Every garment on the site has customisation options available — fabric choice, lining, monogram, and button selection. Bespoke made-to-measure is available on selected styles.
Standard bespoke orders take 3 to 14 days from confirmation to dispatch. Rush orders are available on request and subject to availability.
Changes can be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, production may have begun and amendments cannot be guaranteed. Contact us immediately at unitedsuits.com@gmail.com
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
Every product page includes a detailed size guide with chest, waist, and inseam measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up and noting it in the order comments for our tailoring team.
Made-to-measure means your garment is cut to your exact measurements rather than a standard size block. You submit your measurements via our Google measurement form and we build the garment specifically for your body.
After placing a made-to-measure order, we send you a link to our Google measurement form with a short video guide walking you through each measurement point.
Contact us within 48 hours of placing your order. If production has not started, we can update your measurements at no charge.
Yes. Our London studio offers private fitting appointments for bespoke orders. Book via the contact page.
We deliver globally. Standard delivery is available to all major markets. Express and white-glove delivery options are available at checkout.
Ready-to-wear orders dispatch within 3 to 5 business days. Bespoke and made-to-measure orders dispatch within 4 to 6 weeks. Corporate orders follow the timeline agreed at consultation.
Every United Suits order is packed in our signature black box with tissue paper, a garment bag, and a care card. Corporate orders include branded packaging per employee where requested.
Yes. A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order dispatches. Corporate clients can track all orders through their Corporate Account Dashboard.
Yes. Express delivery options are available at checkout for ready-to-wear orders. Express is not available on bespoke or made-to-measure orders due to production timelines.
Ready-to-wear items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn, original condition with tags attached. Bespoke and made-to-measure orders are non-returnable as they are built specifically for you.

Alterations are not offered on consumer orders post-delivery. All sizing is confirmed before production begins — made-to-measure and bespoke orders are reviewed and finalised before a single garment is cut.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
No minimum. You can order any quantity — pricing adjusts based on volume, with better rates as quantities increase.
We send every team member a link to our Google measurement form — they fill it in individually from any device in minutes.
Yes. Pantone, RAL, hex, or physical swatch. Our in-house team handles all colour-critical production before manufacturing begins.
Logo embroidery, colour matching, name badges, role labels, bespoke lining, and full size range including non-standard sizing. All handled in-house.
Starter orders take 4 to 6 weeks. Business orders take 6 to 8 weeks. Enterprise orders follow a bespoke timeline agreed at consultation.
Once your consultation is complete and the order has been approved, all specifications and pricing are locked in. Because every garment is crafted exclusively to your requirements, we do not offer replacements or exchanges after the order has been finalized.
