Production & Shipping
Complimentary worldwide shipping on every order. After measurement confirmation, production takes 2–3 business days for bespoke or ready-made items followed by delivery with (FedEx/DHL) in 4–5 business days — 6–8 business days total. Remote regions may require additional transit time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Custom-made garments are eligible for exchange only after measurement confirmation is completed. Replacements are issued for manufacturing defects only.
