At UNITED SUITS, we take pride in delivering luxury tailoring, formalwear, and bespoke garments crafted with precision and care. Because many of our products are made-to-order, customized, or tailored specifically for each client, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and quality assurance for both our customers and our business.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return window for eligible products from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include original tags, packaging, accessories, and garment covers

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, deodorant, or alterations after delivery

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Returns requested after 30 days of delivery may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the personalized and tailored nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Tailored or altered garments

  • Wedding rush orders or event-specific orders

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Products missing original tags or packaging

  • Sale items, discounted items, or promotional products

  • Gift cards

  • Complimentary accessories included with orders

UNITED SUITS reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.


3. Bespoke & Custom Tailoring Policy

As a luxury tailoring brand, many UNITED SUITS garments are crafted based on customer-provided measurements, customization requests, and fit preferences.

By placing a bespoke or custom order:

  • You confirm that all measurements and customization details submitted are accurate

  • You acknowledge that minor variations may occur due to tailoring tolerances, fabric behavior, craftsmanship, lighting, and screen display differences

  • You understand that custom-made garments are produced specifically for you and therefore may not qualify for standard returns or refunds

We strongly recommend customers review all measurements carefully before placing orders.


4. Exchanges & Fitting Support

We understand the importance of achieving the correct fit, especially for tailored garments.

For eligible fitting concerns reported within 30 days of delivery, UNITED SUITS may offer:

  • Size exchanges (where applicable)

  • Alteration guidance

  • Replacement support for verified sizing or production issues

All suits are designed with sufficient seam allowance to accommodate minor local tailoring adjustments where possible.

Customers may be required to provide:

  • Photos of the garment

  • Measurement details

  • Tailor notes or fitting explanations

before exchange or replacement approval.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective garment

  • An incorrect product

  • A missing item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue

  • Packaging photos if applicable

Once verified, we may offer:

  • Replacement

  • Repair

  • Store credit

  • Refund

depending on the nature of the issue.


6. Cancellation Policy

Because many of our garments enter production shortly after an order is placed:

  • Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase

  • Orders already in tailoring, customization, embroidery, alteration, or production stages may not be eligible for cancellation

  • Bespoke and made-to-order garments may become non-cancellable once production begins

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within approximately 7–10 business days.


7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU/EEA), customers may have the right to cancel or return eligible orders within 14 days of delivery without justification, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

This right may not apply to personalized, bespoke, custom-made, or altered garments as permitted under applicable law.


8. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing may take approximately 7–10 business days

  • Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time

Original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, or import fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval, please contact us.


9. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item received was incorrect

  • The product was defective or damaged upon arrival

  • The return was approved due to an error by UNITED SUITS

Customers are strongly advised to use:

  • Trackable shipping services

  • Insured shipping methods

UNITED SUITS is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.


10. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return, exchange, or fitting request:

  • Shipping guidance

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.


11. Alteration Assistance

UNITED SUITS garments are generally crafted with additional seam allowances to accommodate minor alterations where possible.

If local tailoring adjustments are required, our team may provide alteration guidance to help achieve the best fit.

Alteration costs by third-party tailors are generally not reimbursable unless otherwise approved by UNITED SUITS.
